Letchworth is GORGEous

Letchworth is an absolutely beautiful park, no matter the season. But in fall -oh my lanta- in fall it is breathtaking.  Letchworth is known as the Grand Canyon of the East.  It has gorges all throughout the park with hiking trails, streams and waterfalls. If I could spend every weekend there, I would.  It's so beautifully inspiring.

As Kevin and I were pulling up to the park entrance we hit a traffic jam. I was extremely confused and was wondering if we went the wrong way or if there was an accident or everyone in western New York just had the same idea as us.  We waited in traffic for a solid 20 minutes or so. I finally decided to check my phone to see if something was happening at the park and sure enough we (I) were pleasantly surprised that they were having their annual fall fest craft show! And let me tell you, it was HUGE. Kevin and I got lost. Honest to God, we went in a huge circle twice trying to find our way out of the maze of craft tents. It was awesome.

An old and abandoned home right outside the park
^I tried so hard to make the two pictures line up...close enough.

Kevin and I (along with about 50 other people) decided to sneak up on the Upper Falls railroad track. What a beautiful (bad ass) decision that was. The view was absolutely spectacular!

Told ya it was pretty GORGEous.
