Floriduh {pt. 2}

If you missed part one, catch it here!

On Saturday we decided to head to the beach to enjoy the sunny, 83 degree day by the ocean. It was a fantasticly beautiful and adorable idea. We went to Jetty Park which is right by where some cruise liners take off onto their trips. I've never seen one in person and was blown away by how huge they were. I just realized I never took any pictures of them...poop.

Jetty Park had its own beach, concession stand (with amazing burgers) and a really long fishing pier.
You can see a cruise ship to the right of the pier...my aunt said that was a very small ship.

As we were walking back down the pier to go grab a bite to eat and head to the beach we were stopped dead in our tracks. There, sitting on the rocks was a.....
RACCOON!!!!
It was so. stinking. cute. And it probably should've been sleeping or something considering it was in the middle of the afternoon.  But we figured fishermen threw the 'coons some fish once in awhile and she was just waiting on some.
And theeeeeeeeen....
Another one popped out from their little den in the rocks!
AND AND AND THEN....
ANOTHER!
AND OHMYGOODLORD, AND THEN.....
OH THE HUMANITY! STOP ALL THIS CUTENESS!
BUT WAIT....
THERE'S ANOTHER!
(two of them are about to go back into the den.)
All together, there was a family of five raccoons (a mama and four babes)! They were the cutest and most photographed things on the pier! They made our day week.

:)

I absolutely love the ocean.
Stay tuned for part three!

xo

PS - I'm going on a little road trip this weekend with my besties to see our other best friend in Ohio and to see JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE! So pumped.  Sorry if I don't respond to your comments right away!
